my seminar journal is little bit old..(2012)
but my topic have very wide opportunity & scops...
you know nano technology become one of the science branch..like physics,chemistry...
like that...modern computer is developing to small size & amazing speed & memory....
nano is the concept of 1*10^-9...ie:-one meter divided by 1000000000....
:)....
this size deals with atomic level and below ....
so the products of nano technology will be...with amazing finishing,accuracy,memory & speed...
so the development of more efficient computer must need nano technology....
